At Tinycarry, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Any item returned without prior authorization

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery .

Provide clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
