Returns and Exchanges
We are pleased to offer a 30-day free return policy for all products purchased through tinycarry.com.
All requests must be received within 30 days of purchase. Items must remain in their original packaging and be unused.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned or exchanged products that have been opened or worn.
Initiating a Return
TinyCarry provides free return labels to make the return process simple and easy.
Please email our team at Dorian@tinycarry.com. Please allow 2 business days for a response, during which we will provide you with an authorization number and return instructions.
We can only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from tinycarry.com. For items purchased from other retailers or their websites, please refer to their return and exchange policy.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect all items to ensure they are in new and unopened condition. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Some banks and credit card issuers may require additional days to process and credit the transaction to your account.
Free Gifts and Special Promotions
If you are returning an item or entire order purchased during a gift promotion, you must also return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide warranties for products purchased through unauthorized retailers, second-hand sellers, or sample sales. You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase.
Products must not be altered. Normal wear and tear, fabric fading, normal fabric changes, and small thread ends left during the sewing process are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by the warranty.
